While we may utilize tarot or astrology as a supportive assist in the dialogue, this is really just a good opportunity to identify and gain clarity on what exactly your desires and pursuits are. After you feel clear on the destination, we can collaboratively create your personal pocket guide for the journey. This can include mindfulness and grounding techniques, somatic exercises, insight and practices for nervous system regulation, and embodiment practices for new beliefs and assertions.

It is the truest desire of my heart to be a helping hand in leaving the world a better place when I go than it was when I got here.
